She sounds like a bitch who only goes for looks and not the sensitive shy part and who doesn't think about anything but someone being a creeper if they stare at her. Next time she gives you a dirty look be like "Fuck off and stop giving me dirty looks for no reason!" and walk away. Then go find some good looking shy chick and go out with her...or a girl best friend and try your luck with her...but hope everything works out for ya in the end

Freshman year I saw this girl in the hallway and just stared at her because I thought she looked amazing. I have social anxiety so I would have been scared to death to talk to her. Coz if you have been staring at her like a creepy rapist guy then you may have done way too much damage to repair by speaking or writing her a gay little note :/

Other idea, maybe she is pissed off because you don't stare at her anymore, she might be a attention whore who loved being noticed .. ?
