IDK, I read on Perez that those are fabricated and her rep even released a statement about it denying it was her. She just annoys me because in some her radio interviews and other stuff like that, she seems really immature and bitchy, but most of my info comes from perezhilton and he hates her so idk how reliable that isf(lolol yes i read it all the time). I'm a metal fan, yeah, but to me, a legitimate artist is someone that writes their own music (unless they choose to cover another artist in their honor), and they care about the music they make.

What you need to understand is that for a lot of artists, the art is in the performance, not the writing. Not everyone who is a talented musician is also a talented writer. It doesn't necessarily mean they care any more or less about their work or their fans. There are a lot of legendary artists who only co-wrote some of their music, if that. You're only considering artists you like as "legitimate," and that's not fair.
